Disability Pride Month 💙
This July, finalist Tshegofatso Faith Matjale reminds us to look in the mirror and ask ourselves: "Are we truly including everyone?"
She proudly stands in support of Disability Pride Month, celebrating the strength, resilience, and uniqueness of people living with disabilities.
Disability? More like Re-ability.
She believes that people with disabilities are not "inspiring" simply for existing. They are artists, professionals, students, parents, leaders, and changemakers who deserve equal opportunities, respect, and inclusion.
For her, Disability Pride means embracing who you are, advocating for accessibility, breaking barriers, and creating a world where everyone belongs.
Together, let's continue making space for every voice, every ability, and every dream.

On 03 July, Miss Sparkling Gorgeous 2026 Finalist Sinethemba Simelane attended a community awareness event at Phola Taxi Rank, hosted by the Phola Mdokuyashisa Organization. The event focused on raising awareness about drug abuse and motivating individuals who are under the influence of drugs to seek hope, support, and positive change.
She collaborated with Miss Teen Inspire 2026, Lwandle Sitoe, and Miss Phola Pre-Teen First Princess 2025, Princess Ndlovu, to inspire and encourage members of the community to stand together against substance abuse.
