I'm so frustrated by the emfuleni mayor ,having the dignity and heart to stand and come to live TV and lie about none corruption ,but the local government Municipality he runs poses serious envinmental pollution and risk to Vaal residents .

Lack of respond from last year's ,Vaal streams disàster and Vaal river sewege spillage crises could a huge contribution to Environmental protection failure the fire prevention and fire safety are bound to Environmental monitoring .
The Disàster Risk management standard needs the act 57 of 2002 to be advisable to Community members and others even on media .
Now with covert19 virus these possibilities that sewege spillage hazards could leads to more crises .

I couldn't have named it more ,that tye must ne be continues monitoring of local government Municipalities environmental protection programs.
The emergency services department plays a major role also in helping out .

This is my first 2021 post evaluation programs .

Road safety standard in Vaal have been neglected .
The road signes and safety standard are ignored .
The sad story about this lack of road marking leads to serious accidents in Vaal ,but especially Vanderbuilpark and Vereeniging .
Just nexto the General Smuts high school and the two garages these serious unclear road with bumps and potholes .

Risk Management Department should consider such conditions and try their best to minimise the risk they have identified .

Morning today ,the shall be a special post based on water and pure neglejence of the CEO of certain Department s ,but this shall be high lighted on Disaster awerness page my normal account .

Based to the court toilets holding cells , reality is our teams of attorneys must not be exposed to risk .

To National level , hygienic risk assessment should be conducted .

Now with the Disaster risk of covert19 virus transmitted deases 🌍 we should Emplement a complete risk free environment for them to work not exposed to risk .

The SHEQ Management Department teams and Disaster risk management department teams should Emplement projects .

Today I will really focus on the lack of risk assessment by the local government of emfuleni municipality Risk Manager in both Disaster and safety.

They are putting our vurlnable kids at risk ,wearther white or Indian or black to coloured .
The lack of Environmental risk management monitoring even proven reality of better improvement done to the employees and customers to even vurlnable Communities it's marltreatment of the risk management act and violation of powers .

Schools environment should be continuously improved .
They outer sourroundings must be safeguarded .
The disàster risk managements off all local governments should play a major role currently minimizing the high rate of pendamic covert19 Disaster virus spreading.
Projects should be Emplemented to teach local residents of safeguarding standard during this pendamic.
Before kids would be send back to school.

Stakeholders and strategic risk management who should engage in National Disasters 🤷.
1Head Provincial Disaster-roles conduct risk management programs to defferent stakeholders.-. Hazards virus it self covert19.
2Health and medical department- roles - Prevention of spread of Disaster-Hazards spread of Disaster covert 19
3SAPS rescue team - roles Rescue intrapped victims and dogs helps in looking for lost victim s-hazards drowning people collapsed structures.

Such assessment are done by competent assessors which should make sure that all stake holders are available and know which role they play

Realised that we faced with high rate of infection due to covert19 at this time was supposed to leave my house due to the position we faced with in emfuleni municipality and Sedibeng districts none public training and education 🏃🤷🕵️ programs to assess the risk in streets and sees kids running on the dangerous passages where I have seen a man stapped last year's late at this times .
Robed his belongings and stapped managed to run to my house and I assisted still again 😷🤒🤕which is the same passage the young girl I helped was clapped and taken out of the taxi at night crying .
Still see risk assessment not done and awerness programs not done 🤷.
They could be stapped ripped of their belongs and even be sneezed at by infected individual our kids are at risk 🤦🤷🙇

Based on the risk assessment .
Our government should really accept that this covert19 Disaster 🤔 👩‍🔬 has court this country relaxed and not taking some of the disàster teams of Specialists into consideration 🤷🤔👩‍🚒👩‍🔬.
South Africa wasn't ready with the teams of expertise in Disaster risk management department .
The organograms of the local government Municipalities and district of Disaster risk management department isnt in good Standard procedure.
For example current photos are of emfuleni municipality a day before yesterday where kids and vurlnable Communities members were kept buying and running arround the street s.👩‍🚒🤔🤷😷🤕🤒.
Yet the death rate number increases everyday two or three days 🤷🤔👩‍🔬.
The minister of finance Mr Tito mboweni isn't making sure that the Department of Disaster risk management department is getting enough budgets to be able to run the program s Especially in National Disasters 🤷👩‍🔬🤔👩‍🚒🚒.
Our local Municipalities and district to the Provential goverment Disaster heads aunt sending enough requirements to the Parliament MPs to be awere of such Departments needs 🤔👩‍⚖️🤷.
Which later poses a high risk to the South African President and board of Presidency to be able to deal with National Disasters 🤷 👩‍⚖️🏃🚑.
The provential Disaster head 🤔 Mr Bongani 🙆 🤷🙇 should have made requirements of organogram s of all local government district and Municipalities .🤔🤷🚒🚑.
Than make follow ups that are followed and proper positions are followed and head of local government Municipalities reports to the Municipalities MEC not chief fire officer s .
This helps the disàster risk management department to be able to run on its own and able to conduct awerness programs and have its own budget 🤷😷👩‍⚖️.
Yes these co-operations with the ambulance service and fire to Especially fire prevention Department and Pier Training and education.🤷🤔👩‍🚒.
Not leaving the SAPS and other Department military service and NGOs to private sector
