KEY PRINCIPLES TO KEEP ON DIETING FOR HEALTH AND FITNESS
- Calories In should be equal to Calories Out.
- If you want to Lose Fat you should eat fewer Calories than your body needs.
- You should avoid sugar as it makes your body Store Fat.
- Avoid eating very less calories as you might lose muscles as well as not be able to work out effectively.
- Try to consume 20% fewer calories than your body needs.
- Donβt try to reduce too much weight in a week. Ideally 2-3 pounds per week is enough
