1. 🛑 ISCHEMIC STROKE.
An ischemic stroke occurs when the blood supply to part of the brain is interrupted or reduced, preventing brain tissue from getting oxygen and nutrients. Brain cells begins to die in minutes.
A stroke is a medical emergency 🦺 and prompt treatment is crucial. Early action can reduce brain damage and other complication.

🛑 WHAT CAUSES A ISCHEMIC STROKE.
Ischemic strokes are the most common type of stroke. They happen when a blood clot blocks the flow of blood and oxygen to the brain. These blood clots typically form in areas where the arteries have been narrowed or blocked over time by fatty deposits ( plaques ). This process is known as atherosclerosis.

🛑 WHAT ARE THE WARNING ⚠️ SIGNS OF ISCHEMIC STROKE.
Sudden numbness or weakness in the face, arm or leg 🦵, especially on one side of the body. Sudden confusion, trouble speaking, or difficulty understanding sp*ech. Sudden trouble seeing in one or both eyes, loss of balance, or lack of coordination.

2. ISCHEMIC HEART ❤️ DISEASE.
Ischemic heart disease, also called coronary artery disease ( C H D ) or coronary artery disease, is the term given to heart problems caused by narrowed heart ❤️ ( coronary ) arteries that supply blood to the heart muscles.

4 TYPES OF ISCHEMIC HEART ❤️

1. Unstable angina ( U A ).

2. NON-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction ( NSTEM ).

3. ST- segment elevation myocardial infarction ( STEMI ).

4. Unspecified myocardial infarction ( MI ).

🛑 ISCHEMIC HEART ❤️ SYMPTOMS.
👉 Indigestion a muscle 💪.
👉 Chest pain
👉 light-headedness or shortness of breath 🫁.
👉 Fast heart rate or shortness of breath 🫁.
👉Neck or jaw pain.
👉 Shoulder or arm pain.

Ulcerative colitis is a long-term condition where the colon and re**um become inflamed. The colon is the large intestine (bowel) and the re**um is the end of the bowel where stools are stored. Small ulcers can develop on the colon's lining, and can bleed and produce pus. Signs and symptoms may include:
•Diarrhea, often with blood or pus.
•Rectal bleeding — passing small amount of blood with stool.
•Abdominal pain and cramping.
•Rectal pain.
•Urgency to defecate.
•Inability to defecate despite urgency.
•Weight loss.
•Fatigue. Untreated ulcers leads to complications;
✓Severe bleeding.
✓Severe dehydration.
✓A rapidly swelling colon, also called a toxic megacolon.
✓A hole in the colon, also called a perforated colon.

FIBROIDS CURE: The natural and effective remedy to get rid of Fibroids without drugs or surgery.
Fibroids are non cancerous tumors that grow from the muscle layers of the uterus (womb). Nowadays, 3 out of every 5 women have fibroids. Fibroids can be as small as a
pea or as large as a grapefruit. Fibroid has several names such as uterine myoma, leioma, fibroma, fibromyoma, or as hysteromyoma.
TYPES OF FIBROIDS
1- Intramural fibroids: These are located in the wall of the uterus. These are the most common types of fibroids.
2- Subserosal fibroids: These are located outside the wall of
the uterus. They can develop into pedunculated fibroids
(stalks). Subserosal fibroids can become quite large.
3- Submucosal fibroids: These are located in the muscle beneath the lining of the uterus wall.
4- Cervical fibroids: These are located in the neck of the womb (the cervix).
CAUSES OF FIBROIDS
Experts cannot come to a common consensus about why fibroids occur.
1- Family history: Women whose mothers and/or sisters have/had fibroids have a higher risk of developing them too.
2- Pregnancy
3- Hormone
SYMPTOMS OF FIBROIDS
Most women have no symptoms. That is why most patients with fibroids do not know they have them. Symptoms
include:
1- Anemia (as a result of heavy periods)
2- Backache
3- Constipation
4- Discomfort in the lower abdomen (especially if fibroids
are large)
5- Frequent urination
6- Heavy painful periods
7- Pain in the legs
8- Painful s*x
9- Swelling in the lower abdomen (especially if fibroids are large)
10- Labor problems
11- Pregnancy problems
12- Fertility problems
13- Repeated miscarriages
FIBROIDS TREATMENT OPTIONS
There are 2major ways to get rid of fibroids:
1- Medical way
2- Natural way
1- MEDICAL WAY (i-iv)
i- Removing the fibroid by surgery using laparoscopy (myomectomy),
ii- Removing the entire uterus (hysterectomy).
iii- To shrink a fibroid for a short time, hormone therapy with a gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogue (GnRH-a) puts the body in a state like me

STROKE

Stroke is also called CVA cerebral vascular accident. stroke is damage to the brain from interruption of its blood supply.
A stroke may be caused by a blocked artery ( ischemic stroke) or the leaking or bursting of a blood vessel ( hemorrhagic stroke)
Some people may experience only temporary disruption of blood flow to the brain ( transient ischemic attack TIA) that doesn't cause permanent damage and carry the same risk factors as heart attacks, myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease and peripheral vascular disease , these include;
High blood pressure
High cholesterol
Diabetes and
Smoking.
5 WARNINGS OF STROKE
1. Sudden numbness or weakness in the face arm or leg ( especially on one side of the body).
2. Sudden confusion or trouble speaking or understanding sp*ech.
3. Sudden vision problem in both eyes
4. Sudden difficult walking or dizziness, loss of balance or problem with coordination.
5. Severe headache without known cause.
STRESS CAUSE YOU TO HAVE STROKE
Yes - stress hormones increase blood pressure and when these hormones are around long term,it can lead to high blood pressure and also, the leading cause of stroke. These stress hormones are also known to lead to diabetes, atherosclerosis and heart diseases which are all stroke risk factors.
kills about 5 million people worldwide per year. It's the leading cause of permanent disability in the US. And it's a rapidly growing threat for middle-aged women in particular.
But if you want to prevent yourself and your family and those around you from getting stroke here is good news;
Basic lifestyle changes can have a big impact in reducing stroke risk. Infact stroke is 80% preventable by addressing lifestyle factors including improving diet , stopping smoking and getting regular exercise.
We have natural health products that handle stroke and related complications.

FIBROIDS
Fibroids are non-cancerous growths in the uterus that can develop during a woman's childbearing years.
The cause of fibroids isn't well understood. Risk factors include family history of fibroids, obesity or early onset puberty.
SIGNS , SYMPTOMS AND TREATMENT
Symptoms of fibroids may include;
Vaginal Bleeding
Excessively heavy or prolonged menstrual bleeding is a common symptom. Women describe soaking through sanitary protection in less than an hour, passing blood clots and being unable to leave the house during the Heaviest flow.
As a result some women develop anemia also know as low blood count. Anemia can cause fatigue, headaches and lightheadedness. If heavy bleeding interfers with your everyday activities.if you develop anemia you should see us to discuss fibroids treatment.
PELVIC DISCOMFORT
Women with large fibroids may feel heaviness or pressure in the lower abdomen or pelvis. Often this is described as a vague discomfort rather than Sharp pain.
Sometimes the enlarged uterus makes it difficult to lie face down, bend over or exercise without discomfort.
Pelvic Pain
A less common symptom is acute, severe Pain, this occurs when fibroids goes through a process called degeneration. Usually, the pain is localized to specific spot and improves on its own with 2 to 4 weeks.
BLADDER PROBLEMS
The most common bladder symptom is needing to urinate frequently. A woman may wake up several times during the night to empty her bladder, occasionally women are unable to urinate despite a full bladder. These symptoms are caused by fibroids pressing against the bladder, reducing it's capacity for holding urine or blocking the outflow of urine.
LOW BACK PAIN
Rarely fibroids press against the muscles and nerves of the lower back and cause back pain than small fibroids with uterine Walls.
Treatment of fibroids without surgery available using natural methods and herbal medicine from USA and Hong Kong and Germany.
