One piece of advice for women? Young, old and all ages in between…

Decenter men from your life. Focus on yourself. Invest in yourself, love on yourself, learn yourself and work on yourself.

🌹Stack skills and gain knowledge.
🌹Read books and do squats.
🌹Eat well and say no to things that don’t serve your best interests.
🌹Pray and meditate.
🌹Romanticize vour existence.

Life is peaceful when you focus on yourself and your betterment. Even amidst problems you still navigate them with peace and sincere rational thoughtfulness🤞🏾

Stop waiting for a man to fill your cup of existence baby. You create your world. Prioritize self focus, self improvement & self love🌹

🌹Save this post to read this as a reminder 💕

"Be yourself."

This is not always good advice.
If your 'self' is impolite, entitled, reactive, hostile or rude - please don't be yourself.
Help yourself. Work on yourself.

Try to see the good in people🌻

Yes, be pragmatic, be realistic, don't be naive.
Yes, there's a certain amount of bad people in the world and that's why you have to try to see the good in everyone.

If you don't do this you will be a very miserable and unhappy person.

Monday Morning Affirmations • I am in total control of every emotion I experience. It is a direct reflection of my character. I am a frequency of love and love is the only frequency I acknowledge.

Take nothing personally🌻

Someone disrespecting you says a lot more about the nature of a person that they are and not you or who you are. If you feel disrespected, acknowledge how you feel and remind yourself that you don’t have to accept that feeling as a part of you. You feel and let it go.

Thereafter, instead of emotionally reacting, you can thoughtfully respond instead, be more intentional with your decisions. And sometimes that looks like never giving that person a chance to do the same thing again by limiting their access to you.

You are not a victim of things that happen to you. You are a creator of your life. Work on being less emotionally reactive and be intentionally responsive. Thereafter, holding oneself accountable becomes less threatening and more welcoming by the self because every action was made by responding and not reacting🌻
