Diabetes life style with Angela B
Diabetes is not a death sentence but a life style♥️
Hello diabetes lifestyle friends hope you are all in perfect health if not wishing you a speedy recovery.
Last time I talked about delaying to have your morning meal to help regulate your sugars, today I want to add what has also helped me regulate my sugar levels. Eating vegetables and fruits before bed with a very small carbohydrate has really done me wonders, try it and let me know in our inbox if it works out well for you too.
Eat healthy meals, drink adequate water, exercise regularly, get enough rest and enjoy each day as it comes.

Hello diabetes lifestyle friends hope you are all in perfect health, my inbox is flooded with "are you ok". " What's with the silence".🤦
Well I have been quite busy lately but I am very much in perfect health.🥰
In these weeks that I have been busy I tried having my breakfast a little later like after 9am and my body responded well because my sugar readings are so impressive. Please try it and let me know how your body will respond 😊.

Health is wealth let's invest in it but living healthy lifestyles, going for medical checkups atleast twice a year if you don't have any condition and seeking medical attention as soon as possible when you notice something feels off.
A friend with Diabetes is a friend in need.
It's true that I have Diabetes but Diabetes doesn't have me♥️
Hello Diabetes lifestyle friends hope you are all in perfect health if not wishing you a speedy recovery.
Load shedding in Zambia has affected everyone but the cry is with the person living with Diabetes type1, the struggle is real because how do we preserve the only drug (insulin) that keeps us alive.
Dear diabetic fighter you are stronger than the load shedding situation in Zambia, in the absence of power get a pot put sand and water then tie your insulin in a plastic bag and put in the pot then cover with a lid.
