Lusala is a nature wild roots which is edible raw or by cooking it as relish or it can be taken with some other relish such as vegetables or meat.
Preparation:
Wash throughly, put it in a pot add atleast 1 litre of water depends on the size of a pot.
Apply some salt. Bring it to boil for atleast 2 hours if it is very fresh but if it is abit dry. 1:30minutes is enough.
You can add cooking oil or pounded ground nuts , tomatoes after 1h of boiling. When it is well cooked you can add some onion.

It is not only the relish but it can also be used as herbs for both couples. Just chew the raw ones. It builds s***m counts.😘
