Ingredients
• 3 ripe tomatoes
• 1 cup of water (250 ml)
• 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (10 ml) (optional)
Preperation
• To start, peel the tomatoes and put them in a blender with a cup of water.
• After obtaining a homogeneous juice, add lemon juice to taste.
Way of consuming
• Take the drink 30 or 40 minutes before the main meals.
• To consume, at least, during 2 weeks.
2. Garlic and olive oil
By combining the nutrients of garlic with a little olive oil, we can achieve effective treatment for loss of appetite and weakness. Its properties help stimulate the secretion of hunger hormones. Moreover, in turn, they superimpose certain nutrients which are lost due to lack of food.
Ingredients
• 1 clove of raw garlic
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil (16 g)
Preperation
• Crush a raw garlic clove and mix it with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.

• To consume during 2 or 3 weeks.
3. Cinnamon

Ingredients
• ½ tablespoon of ground cinnamon (5 g)

• 1 tablespoon of honey (25 g)
preperation
• To start, dilute the cinnamon powder in a cup of boiling water.
• Then let the drink sit for 10 minutes and add a tablespoon of honey.
Way of consuming
• Drink cinnamon tea on an empty stomach for 2 weeks.
4. Laurel
In natural medicine, bay leaf has established itself as a digestive tonic, recommended to control excess acidity and irritation. These properties are beneficial in the treatment of loss of appetite. By calming stomach aches, they make you want to eat again.
Ingredients
• 1 tablespoon of bay leaf (10 g)
• 1 cup of water (250 ml)
Preperation
• First, add a tablespoon of bay leaves to a cup of water and bring to a boil.
• When it boils, remove it from the heat, cover it and wait for it to stand for 5-10 minutes.
Way of consuming
• Drink a cup of herbal tea 30 minutes before each meal.
5. Mint, chamomile and lemon balm
The digestive and sedative properties of the plants that we combine in this infusion are useful in whetting our appetite. Especially when his absence is linked to episodes of stress and nervousness.
Ingredients
• 2 cups of water (250 ml)
• ½ tablespoon of mint (5 g)
• 1 teaspoon of chamomile (5 g)
• 1 teaspoon of lemon balm (5 g)
Preperation
