I used to love over blowing my hair which led to serious heat damage.
1. 2019, I knew I needed to big chop but kept holding on to my ends thinking it would get better if i just stopped with the heat for a while... didn't work.
2. Decided to big chop, but slowly... 😅 don't know who can relate but after starting to trim off the damaged ends and could see the benefits of trimming, with my hair looking fuller and fuller, I got trigger happy with them scissors and got it done😬
3. Fast forward to July 2022... so happy with the thickness, length and overall health of my hair😁
