If you or someone close to you lives with asthma, you know how scary an attack can be. It’s not just “trouble breathing” it can feel like you’re gasping through a straw. So here’s my quick breakdown, from me to you, on what to do when an asthma attack hits and how to manage it better:

1. First line of defense: your inhaler.
The rescue inhaler (usually the blue one) is your best friend during an attack. It works fast to open up the airways. Always carry it with you. Don’t wait, use it as soon as symptoms start.

2. But what if you don’t have it?
Okay, real talk sometimes we forget it or can’t find it. In that case, stay calm (stress makes it worse), sit upright, and focus on slow, steady breathing. Try the “pursed-lip” breathing technique inhale through your nose, exhale slowly through puckered lips. It helps control shortness of breath.

3. Know your triggers.
Dust, pollen, smoke, cold air, even stress they’re sneaky and different for everyone. Once you figure out what sets your asthma off, you can manage or avoid those triggers better.

4. Natural/alternative support.
While nothing replaces your prescribed meds, some folks find that steam inhalation, warm caffeine (like black coffee), or breathing exercises can help ease symptoms slightly. But again these are supportive, not substitutes.

Bottom line: don’t play with asthma.
Take it seriously. Keep your inhaler close, educate the people around you, and talk to your doctor about a solid action plan.

◼️A strong fish-like odor, especially after s*x;
◼️Burning when peeing; and.
◼️Itching around the outside of the va**na.

*Does BV affect fertility?*
Bacterial vaginosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, and endometritis are infections of the ge***al tract that can lead to many adverse health outcomes, including infertility.

*Can BV causes blocked fallopian tubes?*
The biggest concern regarding BV is that in some cases, the infection can travel up from the va**na to the cervix, uterus, and fallopian tubes and cause a painful condition called Pelvic Inflammatory Disease. If it scars and blocks the tubes, infertility or ectopic pregnancy can occur.
