My new routine

I wash my hair bi-weekly
I deep condition on every washday
I moisturise once a week
I do scalp massage twice a week
I do roll and tuck hairstyles as my protéctive hairstyle.
I stretch my hair with magodi.
I wear satin bonnet at night.

This new routine has helped me retain more length.

DAILY /EVERY OTHER DAY ROUTINE*
- spritz water on your hair using spray bottle.
- Apply a moisturizing leave-in conditioner
-Seal in moisture with a natural oil and hair butter
-if wearing braids or other styles with extensions dilute leave in conditioner with water and putin a spray bottle use it on your scalp and braids, use oil on the scalp n hairline.

*BI-WEEKLY*
-Prepoo treatment
- deep condition with a moisturizing deep conditioner
- apply moisturizing leave-in conditioner
- seal in the moisture with hair butter

*MONTHLY*

- Detangle with pre-shampoo treatment
-Cleanse with shampoo
- deep condition with moisturizing deep conditioner
- apply moisturizing leave-in conditioner
- seal in the moisture with herbal oil and hair butter.

We then feed toisa manure to promote growth and spray mushonga to kill bacteria and any thing that affects the growth of the plants(deep conditioning provides enough nutrients to repair and promote hair growth.
