Hello lovelys.. Finally transitioned to natural hair in one BIG CHOP, (box braids are excellent for transitioning) i gave my hair 6 months post relaxer and used my staples occasionally: shea,coco and meditrit. I did a wash and conditioning and then cut it whilst wet to see the demarcation of where the relaxed hair ended against my natural hair. So far so Awesome. My current regiment is coconut oil and my new hairfood (still testing it out on my naturals) . I oil it a little more because its hard mashona type 4a , satin bonnets are heavenly on natural hair and i recommend them for even my relaxed followers.
