Nutrition is simple - enjoy and eat only real simple food 🍱!

FULL RECIPES BELOW…Have to say, all of these were a 12/10. And I dont say that often…

Protein Before Caffeine:
Two soft-boiled eggs
140 cal / Protein: 12g / Carbs: 2g / Fat: 10g / Fiber: 0g

Breakfast
Sweet potato Breakfast Sandwich
-2 1/4” inch sweet potato planks, broiled to soft
-2 scrambled eggs
-2 oz smoked salmon
-1/4 avocado smashed 
-EBS sprinkle 

450 cal / Protein: 31g / Carbs: 32g / Fat: 23g / Fiber: 7g

2 matcha lattes with homemade almond milk: 
~200 calories, 6 G protein (both)

Lunch
Dirty Martini Chicken Salad
-4 oz cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
-1/3 cup green olives, chopped (a few more for toping)
-3 TBS celery, finely chopped
-2 TBS  red onion, finely chopped
-2 small slices sourdough or whole grain bread, 80 cal per slice
-40g arugula or romaine

Creamy Dirty Martini Sauce
-1/4 cup Greek yogurt
-1 TBS light mayo
-1 TBS olive brine
-1 TBS Parmesan 
(Salt to taste but prob dont need it)

BOTH Open Face Sandwiches: 
510 cal / Protein: 48g / Carbs: 39g / Fat: 18g / Fiber: 6g

Dinner
Bulgogi Smash Tacos 
150 g lean ground beef 
3 tortillas (used the mission low carb/ high protein ones) 
2 TBS bulgogi sauce 
2 TBS grated carrot
2 TBS chopped green onion 
Sprinkle of EBS (everything bagel seasoning) or sesame seeds and salt 

Topping
-shredded cabbage (~1/3 cup taco)
-kimchi (1-2 TBS per taco)
-cilantro and green onion to liking 
-drizzle of sriracha or sriacaha mayo (~1 tsp per taco)

520 cal / Protein: 43g / Carbs: 43g / Fat: 20g / Fiber: 18g

D**a un antrenament 🏋🏻‍♀️ mai prin sala , mai o alergare pe zapada un răsfăț de combinație proteina ( hamburger de casa, cartofi dulci ceva rosie si salata, ok 🫣 fie d**a atata efirt chifla alba) cu fibra si carbohidrați ajuta la refacere se sa crestem mari d**a sport !
