Some permanent makeup can “ash out” overtime for multiple reasons. I’m currently studying all about this and more how to prevent it, educate clients, because so much goes into this! BUT we do have a solution and it can be fixed!

Gingers, and Fitzpatrick levels 1-2 tend to ash out more than others. That’s why we decided it was time for my client .fiscal.fox to get a redo. She did 1 session of laser removal at our studio, and 8 weeks later we did a powder brow redo in a much more appealing color for her features.

Permanent makeup lives in the skin and there is so much more to selecting a color for our clients than what we see in the bottle. What’s important is when we see a problem happening such as ashy results overtime, that we ask education as the answer.
