You guys know Lucy and Taco but have you met Kellita yet? She was MUCH smaller when she was given to me when I moved into this new space but here we are… she’ll be repotted soon but until then I’ll still take her out for fresh air and a bit of sun ☀️ (while I can still move her 😅😂)

It’s less chasing poses and more understanding your body. Working for movement that feels good after the weight of the day or the weight of the bar (see what I did there, lol). Breath and structural support over the depth of poses and big strength moves have always been my focus. ♥️
