My lunches for the week. Simple & packed with protein + fiber.

One can of Progresso Lentil with Roasted Vegetable Soup & Extra Lean Ground Beef.

Pour one can of soup into each meal prep container.

Cook the ground beef and divide evenly into meal prep containers with the soup.

That’s it!

After a day of meal prep, a sheet pan dinner is quick & easy!

1 package boneless skinless chicken thighs. Coat in extra virgin olive oil and season liberally with onion powder, garlic salt, smoked paprika with garlic, pepper, seasoning salt & thyme.

Cube yellow potatoes & carrots, drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic salt, seasoning salt & Mrs. Dash’s original blend.

Bake in a 400° oven for 20-25 min until the internal temp of the chicken reaches 165° & the vegetables are fork tender.

My hair dryer finally died today (as you can see, it’s seen better days), I’ve been saying for a while I need a new one, well that day came today when it sparked and shot a little flame out of the cord. Scared the crap out of me.

So then I pulled out an old travel hair dryer that I’ve held on to as a backup, and that apparently no longer works.

Thank God for my hot air brush!

The ionic hair dryer I had saved for later on Amazon just happened to be on sale today with a lightening deal bringing it down from $49.99 to $33.21, plus some other promotions and discounts were applied at checkout and I got it for $29.64 with same day delivery!

I had a gift card for Biggby so I decided to stray from my usual mocha or peppermint mocha latte and try something a little new.

I still got a mocha, but added raspberry syrup. It sounded good, but I was still a little leery about fruit flavoring with coffee. But let me tell you…..it was delicious!

I promptly ordered sugar free syrup to make them at home.

It is SO good! And it makes a pretty pink foam on top 🩷

I used fat free milk, 30mL of each: sugar free mocha and sugar free raspberry syrup.
