I was up by 3am 😂

26.2 miles. 🏃‍♀️😭❤️

I didn't run a perfect race. I struggled. I doubted myself. There were moments I wasn't sure I had anything left to give.

But I kept going.

Today wasn't about being the fastest. It wasn't about a pace or a time. It was about proving to myself that I could do something really, really hard.

Something you may not know about me…

I meditate every day. Not because my life is peaceful or because I have everything figured out, but because life gets overwhelming sometimes.

Between being a mom, a nurse, an injector, a runner, and just trying to be the best version of myself, I've learned that taking care of my mind matters just as much as taking care of everything else.

I share a lot about aesthetics here, but there's so much more to me than what I do for a living.

And I think sometimes we all need the reminder that taking care of ourselves isn't selfish. 🤍
