The entire GLOSSLAB team is so excited to have leadership for this new chapter of the brand:

“I’m very proud to announce that I’ve acquired GLOSSLAB, a 7 year old lifestyle beauty brand, marking a new chapter for the company. This acquisition positions GLOSSLAB to evolve from a premium service provider into a global beauty products and lifestyle brand. Earlier this year, London based Townhouse acquired the GLOSSLAB retail locations, allowing us to focus entirely on building the brand into a beauty and lifestyle business with global reach.

In GLOSSLAB, I saw the opportunity to transform a strong brand into a global leader through smart, strategic growth. My vision is to build upon GLOSSLAB’s foundation of excellence while implementing carefully planned expansion that prioritizes sustainability and profitability.

To drive this ambitious growth strategy, I’ve assembled a team of highly experienced industry veterans and innovators — including Debra Perelman (former CEO, Revlon), Martine Williamson (former CMO, Revlon), and Jeffery Fowler (former President, Farfetch; VP, Cartier + LVMH). With their combined leadership and insight, alongside our powerhouse female team, GLOSSLAB is positioned to realize its full potential.

I also want to recognize Rachel Apfel Glass, who founded this incredible brand. Rachel will remain involved in this next chapter as a contributing Creative Director, guiding the brand’s DNA, positioning, and product strategy — ensuring continuity of the original brand vision.

This new chapter of ownership brings significant capital investment and expertise while maintaining GLOSSLAB’s mission of innovation in the beauty and lifestyle space. This is only the beginning — and I’m excited for what’s ahead.
