R: What is your favorite modality at Reset, Uptown and why?

V: Cold plunge!! I’m not sure if that makes me crazy, but no matter what kind of day I’m having, the cold plunge always gets me in the right headspace. It can take me out of fight or flight mode or prepare me for a good night’s sleep - the best medicine!

R: What has been your favorite thing about Reset since joining?

V: The community! All the staff and members have been so welcoming and encouraging - I’ve loved being able to expand my circle with people who have similar goals.

R: Your dedication the past 2 months has been quite impressive!! What motivates your consistent attendance?

V: There’s a lot of information out there about how to take care of your body and mind and it can be debilitating! Reset was the first thing I found that checked all of my boxes (mental health, physical health, longevity, self care). Being able to work towards all your goals in one place makes it really easy to show up for yourself. Every session means I chose myself for at least one hour that day and that’s a pretty good feeling.
