The BBC is in the headlines this week, but this little frog sticker has been quietly refusing to obey for a while now.
And he’s not just a reminder. 20% of every Don’t Obey Frog sticker sale goes to two groups standing up for immigrant families here in Portland:

🐸 IRCO (Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization), supporting immigrant and refugee families in our community since 1976
🐸 PIRC (Portland Immigrant Rights Coalition), organizing to defend immigrant rights across the region

So far this year, these stickers have sent them $1,200. THANK YOU.

After yesterday’s No Kings reel, Ali texted me, happy that we’d hit $3,200.
And she’s right. That’s real money that will do a lot of good.
But I’d hoped for more because this is SUCH important work. The Oregon Innocence Project is the only program in the state dedicated solely to freeing people convicted of crimes they didn’t commit. Every case means investigating, tracking down evidence, testing DNA, and fighting in court, often for years, all free of charge for the person they’re representing.
I want them to have what they need to say yes to the next innocent person. Also it pains me to miss a goal by so much.
