This reel is honestly about being a mom to adult children! This girl calls me once a week to catch up on her life in Cincinnati, which is far too far away from her mama for my liking! But she’s religious and sometimes we don’t have a lot to say but a few weeks ago, I just randomly mentioned that I was going to Vegas to do some teaching for and she’s like “what you’re gonna be there? It’s Leila’s bridal shower weekend!”It just taught me that even talking about random things with your kids can keep you closer. If we hadn’t talked about it, and if I hadn’t mentioned that random detail we would’ve been in the same city and never caught up with each other! Talk to your kids about everything! You never know where the connection is. 🩷🩷🩷

Working for is an amazing opportunity to travel, teach, explore and meet other passionate creatives is why I do it! Back from Vegas Baby! It was a quick but fun trip!

Got the opportunity to go visit all four stores here in the Reno, Sparks area and Carson and visit with the employees and managers about what the feedback has been on the new BlondMe relaunch! Fun day interesting going to see how four different stores have such four different displays and such different energy! Fun change of pace from teaching classes. First trip to Tahoe for aunt Janet! So happy I had time to take them! Mom is on her own for the rest of the tour guide routine. Back to work for the rest of the week for me!

Has a great but quick birthday in Utah with my mom and her entire family who came out to celebrate her and her 80th birthday!! Special shout out to Kiri for helping me get those marquee lights put together! Happy birthday momma!! Love you so much!! 😘😘🩷🩷
