We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. 💛

Our cancellation policy isn't intended to be punitive—it's designed to protect the time we've reserved specifically for you and the livelihood of the service providers who rely on those booked appointments.

When we receive adequate notice, we can often offer that appointment time to another guest who has been waiting for an opening. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations and no-shows rarely leave enough time to do so.

As a reminder:
• 24 hours' notice is required for most appointments
• 48 hours' notice is required for appointments longer than 2 hours and group bookings
• Late cancellations are subject to a 50% fee
• No-shows are subject to a 100% fee
