Every time I open this door, I smile.
This room has helped people slow down, catch up on rest, calm busy minds, and simply take an hour for themselves.
You don’t have to know how to meditate.
You don’t have to “do floating right.”
You just have to show up.
If you’ve ever wondered what floating is like, maybe this is your sign to come see my favorite room.

A lotus can hold so much more than flowers. 🌸
Perfume bottle.
Tea.
A favorite crystal.
Magnesium lotion.
A shower burst.
Even a little wellness treat.
We love finding beautiful ways to display the things that make us smile.
Which one is your favorite… or what would you put in yours? 💜
Come in and check out our new stock of equip!
Most people assume everyone wears earplugs while floating.
The truth?
Some people love complete silence.
Others prefer hearing the water around them.
That’s why we always let you choose.
If you skip the earplugs, no worries—we provide vinegar ear drops afterward to help rinse away any salt and keep your ears comfortable.
No pressure. No rules. Just your float, your way. 💙

The guesses were all over the place! 😄
The answer is 55°F. ❄️
One thing that’s pretty cool about our cold plunge is that we can adjust the temperature based on your comfort level and goals.
It can go as low as 37°F, but we usually keep it at 55°F because it’s a great starting point for most guests. If someone wants an extra challenge, we can lower it—and it’s much faster to cool the water down than it is to warm it back up.
So… now that you know…
Would you try 55°F, or are you going all the way to 37°F? 🥶⬇️
🥶 Most people guess wrong.
How cold do you think we keep our cold plunge? 👀
Drop your guess in the comments before you cheat and ask Google. ⬇️
We’ll reveal the answer tomorrow (or if someone guesses it first 😉).

Yet so many of us live with stress because it quietly becomes our normal.
We get used to the racing thoughts, the tension, the never-ending to-do list… until we almost forget what feeling truly relaxed is like.
Sometimes the hardest part isn’t relaxing.
It’s giving yourself permission to pause.
Whether it’s the salt cave, a float, the sound lounge, or simply taking a few deep breaths, your nervous system deserves a reset.
What’s one thing you’ve been carrying around that you’re ready to let go of? 💙
Most people assume floating means complete darkness.
It doesn’t have to.
Whether you want the lights on, dimmed, or completely off, you’re in control. We tailor your session to what feels most comfortable for you—especially if it’s your first float.
There’s no “right” way to float. Just your way.

The penny spent decades reminding us that even the smallest things have value.
Now that new pennies are no longer being made, it feels like a quiet reminder of something we sometimes forget.
The biggest changes in our lives rarely begin with a giant leap.
They begin with one small decision.
One hour to unplug.
One float.
One deep breath.
One moment of stillness.
We hear it all the time…
“I wish I had done this sooner.”
Maybe that’s because the hardest part isn’t the experience.
It’s deciding to begin.
What’s one small decision that ended up making a big difference in your life?
