Hello, November! 🍂💜
The ghosts have officially moved out, and we’re making room for a little more calm.
Cozy days, chilly mornings, warm saunas, salty air, and plenty of reasons to slow down.
A new month. A fresh start. Same little oasis of Zen.
Here’s to making November feel good. ✨

Well, well, well… how the tables have turned. 👻😂
We’ve spent all October ghosting YOU, and on Halloween… YOU ghosted US!
It’s officially a ghost town, so we’re closing early today!
Thanks for a spooktacular October! 🎃💜
Happy Halloween from The Zen Dens!

Apparently, our ghosts don’t wait until dark. 👻😎☀️
Happy Halloween from all of us at The Zen Dens! 🎃💜
And speaking of ghosts…
👻 TODAY is your LAST DAY to Get Ghosted!
One final chance to collect those little ghosts and turn them in for some pretty amazing rewards!
Don’t let your ghosts become ghosts of Halloween past! 😂
Stay spooky. Stay Zen. 💜

👻 Some places give you goosebumps. We give you goosebumps AND relaxation. 💜
Before tomorrow’s little monsters take over, how about a little peace and quiet for the grown-ups?
No tricks. No scares. Just a little Halloween magic and a very human timeout. ✨
Happy Halloween Eve from The Zen Dens! 🎃

You never know who’s going to pop in at The Zen Dens. 😂
Thanks for hanging around, Dylan! 👋

Just another perfectly normal day behind the scenes at Zen Dens. 😂
Except…not really.
Our dryer vent situation had become a bit of a disaster, and let’s just say what came out wasn’t exactly pretty. 😳
Thankfully, Dylan from Mattawan Mechanical came to the rescue!
New venting, a much happier laundry room, and one less thing on our never-ending maintenance adventure list. ✅
And if you’ve ever wondered how many towels we go through at a wellness center…well, let’s just say our dryer is a VERY important member of the team. 🧺💜
A HUGE thank you to Dylan and the Mattawan Mechanical crew for getting us back in business!
10/28/2026
We’re kidding! We’re kidding! 😂💜
There’s plenty of wellness to go around, and we love seeing people take care of themselves wherever they choose to do it!
Besides, laughter is good for your health, too…so technically, we’re just providing another wellness service. 🤣✨

We’re busy filling advent calendars with 24 little reasons to smile! 🎁
This one is a crystal lover’s dream, but we’re creating all kinds of combinations featuring some of our favorite Zen Dens retail goodies!
Different calendars. Different surprises. A whole lot of little moments of joy. 💜
🎄 Our first advent calendar is already available, with more magical little creations on the way!
Now we’re curious…would you rather unwrap 24 crystals or 24 different Zen Dens surprises? 👀

Have you ever tried an infrared sauna session followed by a float?
I have. And I LOVED it.
At the time, I couldn’t have explained exactly why the combination felt so good. But the more I think about it, the more it makes sense.
The sauna surrounds your body with warmth, helping you unwind and ease into relaxation.
Then comes the float, where the water supports your body, the outside world gets quiet, and there’s almost nothing left for you to do.
Two completely different experiences. One beautiful opportunity to let go.
Sometimes the best combinations aren’t about doing MORE.
They’re about feeling LESS of everything that’s been weighing you down. 💜
Have you tried these two together?
